Have had the phone for over 2 years now and i'm still as impressed as 2 years ago. Super fast, smooth like new.
Battery degradation is non-existant and i have almost exclusively charged with the included 120W charger. Xiaomi was smart to build it with 2x 2500mAh batteries unlike the younger sibling 11T with 1x 5000mAh and 67W charging.
I have had one problem, it didn't like -35°C for one hour in the winter and it drained the battery and kept draining it fast for a few days. I was about to give up and get a new battery installed but it started to work like always before.
Definitely the best phone i have had and my next one will also be a flagship Xiaomi device no doubt about it.

still satisfied the this phone. no lags at games like CODM. great camera. battery is still good but dont use too much your 120 watt charger..i only use it when im in a hurry for quick lightning charge.
-charging cable is still ok.
-xiaomi did great to this phone.

-no lags at gaming like COD mobile. battery still in great condition and also i did not update the recent OS but the phone is still ok.
-im happily satisfied to my 11T pro. but thinking to buy red magic 9 pro.

Im on hyperos now so far everything is ok, new lock style was great just like ios lol, but you can still use old style. However the vibration was strong when notif coming this need to fix.

My battery drains very quickly and the charging time is 35-40 mins full charge but the advertisement says it's only 17 mins for it to be 100%

Now using more than a year. I never use Original Fast charger. Just use Normal charge. ( sometimes Powerbank charge as FAST. So i use old cable type to get Normal charge ).
So, No phone heating issue, Battery still getting more than a day. Light use will take 2 Days battery.
Photos are Amazing. But in good light condition. Video also satisfied. Good sound capture.
Gaming - Sorry, I never install any GAMES. So no idea about that.
Phone Heat & Battery Drain - This i noticed 2 times. Once my WhatsApp Backup ( 7GB ) copying to the Phone it get real heat and Battery drain very fast & Google photo trying to install more than 1GB old backup , then it get heat & battery drained fast. Once I stopped the task & then it get normal.
My Advice - I think FAST charge kills battery and phone quickly. GMAES may heat the phone.
Backup tasks are taking more processing power, So phone get heat & drain the battery.
This is normal for this mobile.

Phone still good to use in 2024, but since already discontinue i have trouble find battery replacement at official xiaomi service centre.
No problem with the phone, but i need to charge often because my battery condition.
