Need 6.5" for sure in midrange, because don't need strong chipset for daily use. Sony Xperia 10 Plus is seems good choices at the start, just don't get it why cancelled with Sony Xperia 10 Plus ii. My job have made me possible to use every main brand sold in europe for 10 years now. IMO when you disable all animations in android with UFS/DDR4/non Mediatek Helio SOC, any phone feels ultra snappy and fast even with 60hz screen.
Have been using Motorola Edge 40 rn and switched to 60hz to get better battery life, and really dont miss a bit that higher 144hz in day to day use. Yes there is a differense, but really not that big.
Where IS a big difference, when you want to use different kind of gadgets, like speakers, headphones, Android Auto, smart watches, google pay, and when youre like living your real life out of smart phone, to where you store your phone (usually in your pockets) and how is the climate temperature in that moment. In my use, Sony has never missed a beat, and with 10/5 series the latter is perfect. For 399€, there is better 2024 model for maybe gaming and software updates, but no other that beats Sony for these basic things. Very reasonable phone for people who just want a re

And for less than the price you got that A35 for, I got a Redmi K60 with over double the performance, a much better display, faster wireless charging than that junk's wired charging (that junk doesn't even have wireless charging,) 2.6x the wired charging speed, a 10% larger battery, 8K and 4K60 recording.
But if you wanna let the 276 billion dollar company scam you, by all means do just that.
