How is the dynamic range when shooting in RAW and how is the quality at the distance it zooms? I often shoot birds and never use the auto mode so high quality zoom is important to me. Buying it more as a portable camera than a phone. Currently using S21 Ultra and really disappointed there is no 108mp RAW on that S21 Ultra, it zooms in far but quality is lacking at morning and dusk, when I typically shoot these birds.
Literally the only reason I'm looking is for the camera so I don't care about CPU, looks, screen, etc.
Before you suggest it, I have a DLSR and I don't use it because its very inconvenient to lug around, especially with longer lenses

Name at least 3-4 features sony has and other doesn't excepct lgbt 4k120fps and gimmicky 4k screen? I'm talking about features most people use not geeks. For example oneplus has highly customizable UI, fast OS updates, aqua touch, ir blaster. What sony has to offer?

Maybe you don't have a trained eye or you just like taking photos as a hobby but portrait mode on any phone to date is fake af. Horrible masking with faux lens blur is puke inducing.

They cannot understand that someone may like advanced video and photo functions such as 4K120HLG (BT2020 rec 2100) and for example ..30fps burst photos instead of "cirlce to search". Samsung fans are very aggressive - at least in my country.

Xperia 1V is not toy for children. It is PRO device for people who know PRO features.. not "magic audio eraser" ot "circle to search".
Manager of all decent phones with decent features. The only thing this phone has it seems 4k120fps recording nothing else.
It's called smartphone for a reason, if you want a camera you buy a camera. Most people want smartphone with almost everything. I've tried this overpriced cr4p in shop. Auto mode it's super bad and that portrait is trash too. It's even worse than iphone 11 camera(oh sorry should I mention xiaomi, samsung only?) and even oneplus 11 gives better auto, portrait photos. Jeez what a delusional people here. It's nice for sony to have brainless fanbase that buys 1000+ bucks device only for 4k120fps and 2 OS upgrades with almost 0 features compared to nothing, oneplus, vivo, google, apple, samsung, asus xDDDD

Worst Auto camera? Maybe in test from mystification/sponsorship/paid subscriptions from Vietnam Marcus Brownlee.
Worst pack of features? XD For me they are the best on the market but I know for what puprose is 4K120fps HDR. For "slider like" videos without any tripod, gimbal and ND filters.
You don't even know what the 4K120 option in 1V means, my friend. Xperia 1V can record 4K120fps HDR in modes:
1. Slow motion (4 x times to 30fps)
2. without slo-mo in super smooth 120fps.
and Xperia dispplay is 120Hz soo it can display both signals.
Really man... go a take fun with your toys, in this section you have experts about video and PRO features. Xperia 1V is not toy for children. It is PRO device for people who know PRO features.. not "magic audio eraser" ot "circle to search".

No IR blaster, slow sd card speeds, gimmicky 4k screen on 6.5 inches(im not using telescope for phone to see), worst software support of all manufacturers, worst pack of features, the worst auto camera mode of all phones, the worst portaits for all flagships. One of the slowest charging devices starting from 1000 bucks. Amazing set of package but hey it has 4k 120fps recording that only geeks care. Btw where to watch 4k 120fps. On 4k 60fps screen? XD
