I bought it for 12k as soon as it released and I don't know much about hardware nd specs that time. so I bought it without reading reviews only because it is a Sony brand. But it is a great shit.don't buy it. 3g doesn't works for me. it is not fast and loses its signal occasionally. gps is a failure.even my friend's gionee set has a good gps which works lightening fast. It has a old poor performance single core processor nd 512 mb ram which is not enough even for fb nd fb messenger. I can't even move the apps md games to sd card. now the whole device is quite lagging like a hell:*) it's good only for calling nd media. Don't buy it even sony is giving it free of cost. Now I am planning to buy Lenovo a6000+ in flipkart flash sales after researching the best hardwares and reviews for 2 yrs:-) but technology is always changeing fortnightly:-/

Please help me it's not connecting to 3g in 3g area......it worked before but from few days it's showing E on status bar instead Of H...I changed the settings to wcdma still no effact

woo buggy so lagging very worst experience in this lagdroid don't buy lag droid Evan lumia 520 better and best wen I compare with android very slow performance

the worst phone- and you cannot compare- i will not recommend this phone even to my worst enemy- oh my god
in brief, if sony offer to give this mobile free of cost - then also,dont buy

On the box surface u can find toll free number. U can call them and cthey provide u how to update ur phone. I too have same problem and I called them and they suggested this

I have experienced the bad experience by this phone and by its service center.
At first when i bought this phone i found phonebook hanging problem. I went to service center they told its software problem. when i agreed and gave my phone to format it and when i got back my phone same problem was there now again i went they again told sir its software problem u need to format it.. i agreed ... now i left my phone and at-last i am not using my sony phone. its my worst of the worst experience with sony phone where mobile are not bad but its service center people are also not well who can give u better support.
If any one can from the sony company want to suggest what best they can do with this problem I will be happy to hear....

The worst phone ever I had seen. I have purchased this phone a day before & from 2dy it is not working properly. Shows 4gb rom but it actual has 2 gb only. It has a lots problems. I m going 2 service centre. ......... very poor phone
Simply waste of money. ....

Hello...u all can root this phone with kingo root software using pc/laptop...... Can avoid hanging problem... By increasing the Ram of your mobile by uninstalling pre installed apps...... Using this mob since from last 1 n half years..... Had a lagging hanging experience..... But we can't expect much with branded mobiles with this price tag...
But this mobile never gets heating problem....
