Raja Rj, 28 Jan 2017My phone display colour has gone dim it is not showing clea... morePull down the "top menu" by dragging/swiping top down to access the various options. Tab on the "brightness", there is also a checkbox below the adjustment knob that allows "Adapt to lighting conditions" if it is checked. The change in brightness may also be due to the battery saving. When my phone is below 19%, it will automatically have a lower brightness.

After being a collector of Sony Ericsson various models, this is my 1st Sony and am I glad to have it. Satisfaction Achieved!

I have it for 3 years already, works pretty fine and it knows sometimes to kick me out of the game but it still works well

Really good one, a very especial smartphone with everything that i need, i bought mine in 2013 and still works fine, a real 4x4 of the Smartphones, and i said this for real, i used it every time in my job, especially the cell phone itself, obviouslly lost a little bit of his capacity but still it's the best smartphone that i ever had.

I bought mine in 2012 and is still working well, with original battery - 1-2days. It fell a few times, but only scratched it and the 13MP camera is still showing it's uniqueness. Still the best Xperia in my books. Before this one I had the C901 sony ericsson - kept me for 4 years.

I should add these, it does ever goes to 46.5 C once when I used it to intensive gaming if the ram is overused (idk the technical name, but the free ram ever goes to 0 and the running apps still computing on the setting until it force closed), and need to charged twice per day for it. But after I moved my games to other phone and used this phone mainly as daily need only (like LINE, WhatsApp, etc) it's battery usage is good again (2 days no charge on full standby). About recording, yea it got heated up and stopped only because the internal memory is full.

Serves me well on these 3 years, surprisingly the battery is still considered good (2 days on full standby and maybe even more a bit since I'm not a heavy user) so I never changed it even once, though perhaps I should change it. The lid on charging port came off but that's that. I'm a clumsy one, so it fell down quite often but still fine without a scratch on the screen. The silver paint job on the sides are off a little, but since the plastic color is black, I scratch the remaining paint off intentionally and still looks good.

I'm still using this phone xperia v as my phone mainly music player and entertainment while im away from home or at school or travel. I use cm12.1 by WhiteNeo and planning to switch to cm13 if it goes to beta I still can play casual games on this phone since it's overclocked

I have been using xperia v for more than 2 yrs, its just perfect till now. The camera quality was great and takes really close macro. Its running on custom rom,poison V2. I have to charge my phone twice a day, i have used other phone like lenovo, redmi, Samsung, but still i love sony. 😍😎

I used this phone for 3 years as a daily driver and just recently decided to convert it to a music player. Still survived with a screen replacement and a not working power and volume buttons all these years. planning to replace the battery for longer playback. this phone has served me well. Thank you sony!
