Anonymous, 30 Jan 2013the one think i wana say you is LOL..............i can affo... moreThats where you're wrong I owned an Xperia. The first one was the X10 Mini Pro. It died because apparently all slider phones are designed to fail and moreover it was left stuck on android 2.1. I spent 6 months of its one year life in the service centre and getting it repaired.
I've used my friends' Xperia S, and its screen is great to look at, but doesn't respond like other phones.
I also owned a custom Sony Vaio S series laptop which costed over 1400 dollars, it had all the top specs in terms of graphics and processor. Its motherboard crashed 2 months after the warranty expired and would have costed another 500 dollars to repair.
The fact is, I know what it means to love Sony products, their designs surpass all others by miles, but they just don't work in real life.
I've given up on sony, not because I have an opinion, but because I've had first hand experiences, and since I've spent so much time in the service centres, I know I'm not alone, and its because of the lack of repeat buyers that Sony is failing as a company.
Its funny that people think i'm a troll or a Samsung fanboy, because I haven't mentioned anything about Samsung as I've never owned one. I have simple feature phone Nokia now, because its durable and is a very good phone. I use an Ipod touch for all my other "app" needs.

This is a master piece, but has no battery replaceability.. :(

I was shock to see the power buton at the right side but when I touch the phone it has a point the volume il check again where it is but its beter to be actual used.

High initial price but expect 6 mos to get lower. But the point here is if you like the phones offer from design, feature and spec. Then get it even it takes a 2-3 mos. After it arives on your countrx But if you wait for newer phone to ofr by other company brand it wil be hapen another more powerful than you choose. I hope after I purchased xperia z im corect becaue another year to wait again crosfinger!!

sahan, 31 Jan 2013xperia rocks... i'm so sad about poor galaxy.There's nothing wrong with the SGS3 otherwise it won't sell so much and keep going. This Xperia Z is nicest compare to other Xperia. Let hope this baby live to its contend.Let hope Sony really doesn't need Ericsson to make a better phone. I'm saving up for this one. I'm picking no side or slave to any brands...if it's good I'll buy or I'll wait for the next one come along but please no Apple for me!

It's okay to let design dept. run wild, but always let someone who is good at thinking in the lines of ergonomics double check everything before starting production.
