touch broken ....not available in market. service center asks for 8500/- for that. pl... dont go for this brand at all.

Write off your money within warranty
I recommend the user and buyer not to buy this brand at all. They sale features mobile at cheap rate. Hence you will start getting problems in most of the model within warranty period. Spice service centre will try to make money saying “not covered in warranty.” If you lodge complaints with customer care they have no answer when it will be resolved. After a long follow ups you will be tired and keep quite. If you post comments on FB – simply they will ask your details, will keep quite thereafter. You will not find required accessories in their showroom and even in open market. It’s like a Chinese mobile which provide no guarantee when leave showroom/vendor shop. They frequently launch new models which results no proper services for old models only within six months.
You earn money with hard labour – why to spend with SPICE.

I buying this phone last 11 months before, its both camera are good, battery backup good, touch sensor good, but 2 things is very baad about phone, 1) flash light , flash use only for camera not for video bcoz its very hot to back side cover.2) restart proplem, suddenly phone will off & restart automatically. This is big problem about phone spice fhd mi 525. I upset about phone

I purchased in jan firstly charger then usb cord then battery in then ic expired phone spends more time in service center then with me. Bad phone many problems it heats up very fast. Need to buy charger every 4 months. Battery in six month.

I have also purchased this phone and my screen also damaged and spice center is charging same 8000 Rs to repair. It s really a bad experience spice is a cheating customers

chakri, 18 Oct 2014Can we upgrade this mobile to kit version There is no kitkat version available but there is MIUI version available. I have updated mine with MIUI and now everything is working fine. There is no reboot pblm , no app not responding and camera quality also improved a lot.

Be aware before going to Spice. I bought this phone through home shop 18 worth rs. 9999 . I was firstly satisfied but eventually its touch got breoken. Spice service centres asked for rs. 9000 for combo i.e; touch and display both has to be changed. I went to open market but there is no touch available for this phone. Its better not to go for such phones which do not have accesories available in open market.

hi friends
This is the one of the rubbish smartphone i have every used. they claim it got 1gb RAM but it's bullshit most of the ram eaten by the system itself poor camera very poor plastic they used in makeing it specially in earphone they start cracking themself and the big bang is the screen cost u 8000 plzzzzzz don't buy
asus zenfone 5 is much much better then this rubbish
