You can absolutely use a 64gb sd card in this phone. just format it as fat32 before putting it into the phone. I have a Liquid E3 Duo and a Lexar Class-10 64gb works just fine!

Anonymous, 30 Dec 2015Was your problem solved? I have the same problem. Can't swi... morewait at least 30 minutes for the phone to charge. It happened to me but this helps it. By half an hour it should be charge around 10% or so. Dont use the phone otherwise it drain quickly. Hope this helps

This phone worked great at first, but as time went buy I experience so many problems that drove me mad. Phone wouldnt turn on, broken microphone, back camera not working, crashing apps, battery drains so fast. Not really the kind of phone I would recommend somebody to buy. Totally not the best phone I've ever had

I've had this phone for two years.
Pro's:
I've got a 64GB SD card in it and it works just fine.
Despite only having 1GB of ram it still loads up most things pretty quickly and I very rarely get app crashes.
Con's:
The battery! After a year it started to need charging twice a day, after two I'm now charging three times a day. For my next phone I will definitely get one that has a removable battery.
The 4GB of on board data is the biggest issue that I have with this phone, it's just not enough, even for basic usage. It came pre-loaded with quite a few things that cannot be uninstalled you can only delete the updates to claw back a bit of space. I only use a handful of apps and the on-board storage is constantly full despite having it set to SD storage by default.

We got two of these from 3,they don't want to know!!
Problems from about 6 months,I ditched mine for my daughter's old Sony but the missus is still struggling with hers
Causes endless stress moments.
Will never,ever,use this crap make again.A 2 year contract with a 6 month phone.Absolutely useless and should have all been recalled.

Ive had this phone for almost a year now. I think it is a pretty amazing phone for the price, good camera and display. Ive dropped it plenty of times and there wasnt even a sign of cracks
At times it can be slow but over all a good phone if you are on a budget

Since then, my phone is fine. However, another problem arised, back camera is not working...

I bought an Acer E3 six months ago. At first I was pleased with it but after about two months the battery would not held a charge for any length of time. My use is minimal and frequently after charging to full the battery would last less the 12 hours despite little or no use. Then on30 December thr phone bleeped three times, Informed me that AcerHome had stopped working and then died. I have tried to revive it using information Gleaned from You Tube but the phone remains obstinately dead. In my opinion the Acer E3 is unfit for purpose and I would advise anyone thinking of buying one to look elsewhere.

Shane Lombard, 21 Nov 2015My Acer liquid E3 E380 doesn't hold a charge, goes from 100... moreMy friend has the e3 and sadly has one more year on contact as the phone is poor in battery and memory the top button gave up 6 months ago and some times the contacts do a disappearing act after a phone call so it was the first and last acer phone for him.CHEAP BUT NOT CHEERFUL 👎👎😕.

I have used the ACER E3 and it just dead. Charged it for 24 hrs and only blue light. Tried pressing power and volume down for 10seconds and more not working. What could be the problem and how can i solve it?

Because I have a problems with my own Acer phone and have write they refuse to reply me regret buying a phone of this mark
