We have received iOS 17.5 today in India..pls let me know if any heating issues while charging or performance issues are noticed by anyone post this update?

Btw there's like 10 smartphones with the branding "S10" and they're not all Samsung. You should look it up because it's funny to see how every phone company steals the product naming shceme.

Why Apple not releasing next OS update post 17.4.1? It’s been more than 2 months & our devices are heating up badly while charging.

hi everyone, dual os user, android and ios user. iphone 14 is my 3rd iphone. previously use se gen1 and 2. in android s10 yeah. so my opinion about 14, still feel generic iphone os wise. physical wise of course a lot of improvement. I never once thought that iphone battery will be better like androids. for now my main device is 14ip surfing web and social media. so fluid . didnt encounter any glitch, navigation is awesome. charging is pretty fast for iphone. for me charging 30-100 in hour or less better because we as human needed rest. gaming is quite nice,i mean of couse it can handle. this is iphone. camera wise i did suffer in close up. but every other shot was first class. worthy of iphone. no silly ads. forget xiaomi or any other phone that keep popping up ads. always goes for samsung or iphone life will be peaceful. even after 4-5 years.

This iphone 14 is good but due to this update ios 1.17.4 is shit to be honest some glitch's
are coming pls i suggest to fix this update if anyone supports me say iuu

iOS 17.4.1 was not a good update..almost a month now..facing battery draining & heat up issues during charging..pathetic iOS update ever😖

My iPhone 14 loses it’s... moreThe sensor has a minimum focus distance, and the bigger the sensor, the further away that minimum focus distance is. New iPhone Pro models have Macro mode for that which is enabled by the ultrawide camera having autofocus. The standard models don’t have that. So as the other commenter said, only solution is to move further back until it properly focuses.

I think this has everything most people need, great performance, bright display, long lasting battery (better than iPhone 12), sizable RAM (better than iPhone 13) for iOS, all of which should make for great longevity. Of course models like the 14 Pro/15/15 Pro are better in some ways. But if this could be offered for a lower price it would be a great option for people who want to upgrade or switch. I guess that is why the rumored SE 4 is supposedly based on this (though I don’t like the removal of the ultrawide camera). But this iPhone 14 is really a no-nonsense iPhone at this point. And this fall, it will be another $100 cheaper and down to $599.
I guess in the following spring in 2025, the SE 4 will replace it (otherwise too much overlap) at $549 with A16 but single 48MP camera (maybe from iPhone 15 or 16), Action Button and USB C. At least that’s what the rumors suggest at this point.
