One BIG MISTAKE Asus made is the memory Slot of only up to 32GB. Seriously, it should be at least 64GB because a lot of customers are carrying hand Phones devices with many Video recordings downloaded and they pass their time watching it whether they are on the bus, waiting for friends, in the toilets etc.
It is a nice 6" HP but I will not buy if it is only 32GB. Sorry

Does this phone have any type of screen protection, like gorilla glass or dragontrail glass if any? and how much would it be for the 16gb rom and 2gb ram?

let me wait for review. cuz ASUS and INTEL are two companies I really love. if it grabs my attention maybe I ll change it for my galaxy mega 5.8 which is really satisfactory for me...

Asus should reveal their shipping dates (approx) so that not to lose out against xperia t2 ultra...unless they are confident about the price is better than the Sony iteration

Nothing attractive from Spec. Last experience padfone 1 wasn't good. It does not worth another try.

Hi,dear friends.What I write as an opinion is based as research not the given manufacturer data!It has 2,3g,good cpu,just html browser not radio,a good 6inch screen with220pixel,good camera with flash,the rest of qualities are acceptable for a highes low range smartphone!I think the asus with$150 Price has the best sale!The most important remaining problem is the promise of upgrading to android kit kat if fulfills!?No upgrade from asus and the weakest upgrading ,supporting and caring in the world!Just buy and go or cash and go!A good management and powerful public relations!!!?I have to disclose that for a week I had been with the justice minster of China and translated theis civil and criminalcodes in two years!I don,t think that China is so much lawless that leave the costumers supportless!I hope to see better works and cares from the Asus!This phone in my opinion is high end phone,with the drop of price for the deprived people of third world countries+for sure upgrades have the better days,Thanks gsm!

adonwenas, 08 Jan 2014i think its a good decission. because asus doesnt have ent... moremedia octa is build for subpar 250$ devices asus had done very good job with rest of phone(features and build quality,battery) expect for chipset if asus just change the chipset of this phone to mediatek i think it gonna cost then just 30$ to 40$ and it is way more powerful than intel z2580 in cpu and gpu since it is retailing at 199$ they should have made a perfect phone for aroung 250$
