You use a phone only... moreI think the apps if I mention (can't mention all because I didn't use BlackBerry OS again, but to share my thinking my opinion and my experience in high thinking), one of them is Gojek. Gojek is popular in Indonesia. If you are in Indonesia and the drivers, anyone of them using BlackBerry OS 10 phones? I say no, the most their phones are Android phone, because the Gojek apps itself concentrate for Android or iOS. I had ever once using BlackBerry Z10. Well, the performance was good, but when I would like to use Gojek, the Z10 was useless, couldn't use Gojek, said "no Google services" So, I back to Android at that time. Android phone meet my needs, I could use Gojek, I could use Grab (the Grab app is updated too), Skype, Akulaku (no BlackBerry OS 10 has Akulaku app in BlackBerry World. Akulaku is important for people don't have credit card but want to buy item by installment payment). And how about Kredivo? I never find Kredivo app in BlackBerry OS 10, but Kredivo is available in Android and iOS. Kredivo app is application for people who would like buy item by installment payment.
So, in high thinking, people who use Android phone is not categorized he/she use the phone to install everything of apps, but also communication. Those apps are just for their help to meet their needs.

But, in my opinion and high thinking in my many thinking, Android is not childish OS. Many, and much users from Indonesia use Android and they don't complaint for viruses vulnerable and they don't care if their Android phones vulnerable i viruses or not. I have use many Android phones, from Samsung Galaxy Ace 2, Galaxy Note II, LG Optimus G, Sony Xperia TX, Motorola RAZR XT910, Huawei P8lite, Xiaomi Redmi 2A, Xiaomi Mi 4c, Vivo V5, Motorola Z Play, LG G2, Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Vivo V5 Plus, no virus. The most people in my region are prefer Android, customize able, apps. Use Gojek, use Grab for delivering foods, for transportation. I have ever used BlackBerry Z10, I am Gojek user too and that BalckBerry OS can't help my need in using Gojek app. How does BlackBerry OS 10 solve users who use Gojek app? They choose Android for better Gojek app in using.

They will close their BB app store in 2019 and leave without any answer many customers who don`t like now to move to the childish, cheap, full of viruses android OS. The same made Microsoft with their Windows Phone OS. So unserious companies when people pay a lot of money to buy their devices!

BB Leap is the worst phone I've ever owned. Had 3 in the last 15 months. Keep having to get it fixed. Slow and easily freezes-up. Volume so back one can't hear the ringer and/or caller. Can't get money back after purchasing.

BlackBerry Leap for sure is the worst BB ever. It's a real disaster and waste of money. Very slow and nothing works well. Some necessary apps are not available and the available ones are super slow. I regretted buying this piece of crap big time. Please DO NOT make this mistake and DO NOT buy this good for nothing device.

I have one of these phones from Sept 2015 and over last few months whatsapp not been possible as the device says it no longer supports whatsapp.....
Any ideas what happening here (sorry for pun!!) or where I am going wrong?
