I don't think this would be iPhone 6 killer or could sell more than iPhone 6.
The specs are excellent but not enough to kill the new iPhone.
Next high end BlackBerry will kill the new iPhone and Galaxy S for sure.

Microsoft's WP 8.1 doesn't need an octa core processor for the phone to run smoothly. you name it. lumia 640, 640xl, 535, 532, 435 all use snapdragon 400 or below with minimal clocking power.
Apple's iphone 6 and 6 plus uses the A8 chip which is only a dual core processor and 1.4ghz but the performance is on par with the Note 4 that uses the Snapdragon 805.
same with Blackberry 10 OS. it doesn't need octa core or quad core to run smoothly. a dual core processor is more than enough added by 2 gigs of RAM.
spec sheet doesn't mean anything much because there are a lot of things to consider when inspecting a phone's performance. such as the software (OS, App optimization, etc) what most of you guys are looking at is just from the hardware perspective, you need to look at it as a whole and not just before.
this isn't a rant, it's just my two cents because a lot of people are using Android base smartphones Specs as the standard in the smartphone industry. but it's not

Blackberry's OS is a powerfull OS and Blackberry leap is with newest upgrade with blackberry blend,blackberry assistant etc.

After switching from blackberry, I'm still drawn back to it especially to this amazing 5" display and a wonderful battery life... With android app, what else...!!!

More and more I feel drawn to BB and their new OS. My girlfriend has a Q5 and after the latest update to 10.3.1 the phone seems to be more and more efficient (battery lasts longer, icons are better, home screen is awsome..you name it). Now, on 10.3.1 besides BB world you have Amazon apps and on top of that you can evan install android apps (through google play). What mode could you want from a phone: it has security, good life battery and all the application you could possibly desire. For the past month, I am looking at BB devices (OS 10) and I want to buy one such device. This "LEAP" announcement was like love at first sight. As I am not a guy who plays games on his phone, therefore 1.5Ghz dual core and 2Gb RAM seems more than enough considering that I know how fluid this phone/OS is. The notification bar should be a MUST for everyone and BB has done more than adequate regarding this.
