Ordered this phone from Kroger i-wireless for $59.99 Their website advertised it as a 9.0 Pie Android system, when it arrived it had 8.1 Android and remained as 8.1 after all updates were complete. Within the 1st five (5) minutes of use the back of the phone heated up making it seem as though it might catch fire. I immediately turned phone off for safety. Slow, clunky, and dangerous!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PHONE to anyone for any purpose. I then ordered the ZTE Avid 579 for $79.99 from Consumer Cellular, which came with a Android 10.0 system out of the box and no issues with overheating.
Definitely worth paying $20 extra dollars for the ZTE Avid 579!!

I bought one of these to use as my companies primary inbound phone line. Pretty ticked off that a phone made in 2019, a time when carriers were VERY vocal about dropping anything that doesn't use VoLTE in Q4 2020. Everyone knew about it, yet Blu decided to build this phone and sell it without VoLTE services.

You guys should really be updating the BLU phone list. The G9 is nowhere in sight
