sometimes it freezes then start to work back proper but all of a sudden it will gooff gets really hot then cools down and then repeats without being plugged in

Hello all, I bought one of these for my wife. Sent her some messages with photos attached. The Blu announces it is downloading and eventually states it can't open the pboto format.Have we not activated something? Manual is not very thorough. Thank you in advance.

Go into the PlayStore and download google camera.
install it and launch the app, close the app after about 10 sec of use and then launch the stock camera, should work.

the phone kinda sucks when i tried to charge it ,it wouldnt turn on and blu will not send a replacement phone ,they want me to pay $90.anddddd if i happen to find the recipt it will take 20 days to get a insurance claim settled

i have had this phone for 2 months now and my screen went blank and it wont come back on......there is no battery that i can find to turn it off and it wont go off manually......I HATE THIS PHONE

I bought this Smartphone looking for a new way to get all the best of top brands like Apple, Samsung, Sony, HTC, Etc... For a lower price... Of course... Because I didn't know the BLU brand and its products... I made the purchase assuming all the possible risks... Here is my review:
PROS:
.- The Smartphone has a very good desing... Really well made... Good manufacturing materials... It looks AWSOME.
.- Aluminum back cover... What adds resistance and durability.
.- It comes with a Screen Protector and a Rubber Case.
.- It comes with an In-Ear Headphones (Flat cord, Different sizes of ear tips)... They look really well made although I haven't used them yet... I don't need them.
.- Excellent screen size.
.- GREAT front and rear camera. Excellent flash light.
.- Dual Sim... It has a Standard SimCard Slot (Primary) and a Micro SimCard Slot (Secondary).
.- It works with the Venezuelan carriers (Service Providers)... Movilnet (2G - 3G), Movistar (2G - 3G) and Digitel (2G).
.- Good ringing volume... Not too loud... But good enough.
.- No problem at all with the sound system of the Smartphone.
CONS:
.- No Kitkat update for the moment.
.- Not for HEAVY users... If you are one of those persons that like to keep open Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram, BBM, Internet, Games, Documents, Email, Etc... All at the same time... This phone is not for you.
.- Battery life runs out quickly... If you are one of those users that I mentioned before... The battery will last you about 5 hours maybe... Because the screen consumes a lot of energy.
.- It has some connectivity problems (MTP USB Device --- Failed)... I couldn't be able to transfer my media files (Music, Videos, Pictures) from my PC to the Smartphone via USB... The Smartphone comes with no drivers at all... So I had to find new ways to transfer my media files to the device.
.- It has some compatibility problems (Beats In-Ear Headphones --- Useless)... I tried to use my brand new Beats In-Ear Headphones with the device and They're not compatible... As I mentioned before... I had to find a new way to use them with the device... But I can only listening to music with my Beats... All the other features of my In-Ear Headphones are useless with this Smartphone.
.- The LED indicator light is pretty weird... It's inside of the earphone slot to the left... And It's very small... Almost imperceptible... That makes difficult to see from the distance if you have a new notification.
Well people... That has been my experience with this new Smartphone... I hope that my review be helpful to you... Partly Recommended... Good Luck.
