I still have mine, after 3 years is still working, not the best phone but for youtube, social media like facebook or whatsapp works fine. The screen looks good but the battery life sucks even with brand new battery. Yeap it freeze sometime when i am writting or use instagram. But it was a great phone for the low price.

It will factory reset your phone
Happened to my blu already sid this and its working fine I'm actually using it rn
My screen is cracked also these phones have relatively low strenght but for the price it isn't bad

blu studio c5 + 5 the crappiest phone in existence right now. the battery life sucks, the phone touch keeps on freezing and had to restart it multiply times omg i am moving on to a samsung galaxy note 4. i hate blu phones over all i will never buy another one ever again. NEVER AGAIN!!!
