Hello,
My phone has a problem with the battery. When I connect it to the level of the load, it signals then it turns off immediately. I do not know how to deal with this anymore. But there are several of my documents. It seems that the battery is internal. Help me to find a solution to this problem. What to do? Thank you in advance for your advice. corcially to you

how do I resolve the frequency differences since my blu studios x cannot work on 3G network in Ghana.

I have this phone for about a year. The sim card reader has stopped working, this morning while I was using it, it went completely black. I thought it was because the battery was low so the brightness went too far low. I tried plugging it in, still didn't work. Tried to maximise the brightness. Nothing. The phone went completely dead. Is this a common problem? How can I fix it?

Dear Blu, I was gifted a Blu Studio X model by my son when I visited him in Oct. 2015; I had activated it then. We came back to India in Feb. 2016 and have been using it here in India. Recently the battery went dead and even after keeping it for recharging the device is not coming alive. While you website says that the battery is removable and the manual also says to insert the battery after inserting the SIM cards, but we have not touched the battery at all as the notice on the battery says, 'CAUTION - BUILT IN BATTERY; WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED'. Since the device is not even a year old and also since we are away from the place of purchase (Calgary, Canada), kindly advise, how can we have this device/battery fixed please?

with the cell phone's capability. In Dominican Republic, we can have 3G with 2 providers.
And only Edge (E) with a third provider.

I'm in Ghana and Iv been using the phone for about a year and half,the 3G mode doesn't work here it's always at E. The camera too is not as nice as it used to be...any help in resetting the camera.

I saw the option to update the phone today. So I did now the phone refuse to read or identify the sim cards. I'm unable to make or receive calls. Please help urgently. I'm on call for work and have no other option.

I like my BLU Studio X phone as it has most of the functions other the smart phone. The price is reasonable and it also looked nice. My friends are surprised how clear it is in taking pictures and video. The only negative about it is that the control volume and the ON switch on both the left and right side break easily when you keep using it, even though it is in the casing. Now I have to figure if I will have to superglue it.

My Blu Studio X touch screen is suddenly not functioning. I can't use the phone at all. I tried restarting it from the smart button on the side and that did not fix the proxblem. Please help.

Purchased the Blu Studio X about a week ago (Jan. 9, 2016) from BestBuy for about $150 to use as a cheap 2nd phone (my primary is an iPhone 6). I wanted an Android phone for some Android-specific apps and to have a spare/secondary phone for reading, music, etc. Upgraded the O/S to Lollipop and upgraded all of the apps. I am pretty happy with the phone so far. It is unlocked, so I can use any cell provider. I started with the T-Mobile Walmart SIM plan at $30/month which gives me 100 minutes of talk, unlimited messages, and unlimited data (first 5GB at 4G/LTE speeds). Nice big screen, no issues with stability, and just an occasional drop with my home WiFi (which is probably my access point).

Phone all of a sudden froze today, while using an app was able to reboot but then it went completely black screen.. Won't turn on, charging doesn't do a thing.. Pluggin it in computer still syncs but doesn't show up on computer. Only sound notifying its plugged in. Guess I'll probably try flash ROM it back to the original... Once again! Sigh

Heather , 20 Nov 2015this phone sucks i hate it so much it restarts by itself co... moreIt just happened to me today now my phone won't turn on after rebooting..I could tell at first that it was still on tho the screen was completely black .. Being able to hold vol n power buttons I could feel it vibrate but even plugging in charger wouldnt show up..now its off completely smh
