Ep, 03 Mar 2024It's. Not just you , I have the same issue and that�... moreWorse still is the fact that since android 13 the phones been giving me a headache. It got so bad that I punted for another one, brand new on android 12 just to see if I was going mad.
I still may be just imagining things but the Android 12 ones seems to be fine at the moment , so perhaps they played around with the pwm or something as the other phone seemed to be brighter on android 13 (which might account for the battery drain) .

Last year, Honor released the Magic OS 7.1 update, dated today. Will Honor do it today and release Magic OS 8?

It's been 1 and half year i'm using Magic 4 Pro. First time using Honor. High price tag made me to think it is a good phone. My assumption was wrong. After purchase, within 2 months, this model started overheating and got hang until today. I need to restart. I found few months back the phone need to be charged longer and battery going off faster. Really a disappointment and this will be my first & last purchasing Honor products.

Not just you , I have the same issue and that's is the reason of me thinking of changing my phone to a new one even while this one year and 2 months old , the battery drain so fast that it is scary thta you end up with a dead phone before you get ro work from.home , seriously not going back to honor again

but be careful!!!
If you break the camera glass it can not be replaced, but the whole back cover for the phone must be replaced. I am currently waiting 2, 5 months for Honor autorized service in Serbia to get that phone cover so it can be replaced... No info when they will have the part, camera can not be used any more, very unprofessional

Just updated my honor magic4 pro to android 13 recently, I don't know if it's just me or is the battery life worse than on android 12, I'm getting about 4.5 hrs Sot, I could have sworn it was better than that before .

I'm getting that with Samsung i have one S22Ultra that lags like hell and another S23 that's not doing great at all, overheat, and restarts, depends on how lucky you are when you buy something, sometimes it's just phone production not done properly. My Magic4 Pro it's doing better than the Samsung one's, it's working flawless no major problem's.

Is The worst phone ever, I have 2 Honor Magic 4 Pro in my Family, 1 Freeze and Shut Down if overheats( it overheats while only browsing Facebook ) and another one Freeze while shooting a Video and it never turn back on again, Both Phone are less than 1 years old. First and the last time buying a Honor product.

Got this phone in mint condition for just €450 best bargain ever. Phone flies in games or any apps at this price right now, I can't get any phone better than this one in the price range of €400. I'm familiar with Huawei and also im a fan of their interface and so looking phones in the past years. The phone will receive the next major update of Android 14.
For someone who wants this phone is now or never, and I'll say why, because this device will have maximum of 1 year of major updates and maybe 2 years of security updates, maybe. You'll get a device that's pretty good at taking photos, viewing content, and playing some games in a little throttle performance over than that it's an okay ish phone at the moment but try to get it cheaper.
The Magic5 it's already out, and the Magic4 doesn't get that right value at the moment, i mean it's not worth it especially at the brand new price.
For those who maybe be asking the lastest version of Android available in Europe is 7.1.0.150, it's stable with some little hiccups. Camera it's much better now that it was before or at the launch of this device for sure. And sometimes the refresh rate it's doing something wierd, but that's only occasional. The battery life is ok relative, at least 100w is a beast of a charging speed, but that's all, maximum of 6hrs screen time.
