I wan to point that it is not 2.3 Gingerbread but 2.2.2 (the deviced sold after december will have the 2.3) so you should write 2.2 upgradable to 2.3 in specs ;)
Does anyone know if this phone will get an ICS upgrade? I mean in terms of hardware do you know if thr pto can run it??

How's that... moreI had U8800 X5 and I did`t have any problems, is a very good phone for that pricev .... good camera, good gps, no problems whit the battery ... 4-5 hours on 2G or 3G in 3-4 day stand-by. I want to buy the U8800 PRO ... better processor (sorry for my english)
