Still using My V20 along side My V60's. It's Still the Best sounding DAC of the bunch. I'm about to put a brand new screen in to Enjoy for the next few years. If You haven't tried Soundmagic e80's or e80c's You are missing Out!

My V20 will not turn on and LG will fix it, but will wipe all data on the phone. Is there any other "certified" or at least highly experienced with fixing LG phones repair shop that I can trust to repair my phone? A place that will not wipe the data. The problem is more than just the battery or the power switch. That is why I need a top notch expert.

I'm still using mine. I've been using it for 5 1/2 years now. Guess why. It's the best phone the world has ever seen (and heard). I'd love to continue to use it as my daily companion. But I'm retiring it now into the position of my home DAC. It's the memory specs, the overall speed and the Android version it's running that force that move. It's a shame LG pulled out of the smartphone business. Their V series was simply the best.

Used to own one few years ago and bought it back today due to its marvelous DAC for music listening. Nothing can come close to V20. No doubt, batt life is horrible but I've got 2 spare as back up since the batt is replaceable. Photo still good, video and sound recording are superbly top notch! Size is big enough and yet not heavy, this is what i love about this compare to my current S22U. Not sure why I'm enjoying using the V20 compare to my S22U. For those who are getting the V20, go ahead...you won't regret!

I still miss this phone, the V20 was peak smartphone. I'd buy this phone again in a heartbeat if it was re-released with modern specs. Don't change a thing about it, except give it a newer screen, CPU, and more memory.

I own a pair of V20's, since six years ago and both are free of any kind of troubles.

OverBomb, 16 Aug 2023they wont released LG new phones?!Unfortunately, not anymore. LG's mobile sales have fallen steadily since at least 2018 citing one of the factors as to where it led to LG's exit from the smartphone is it wasn't successful in marketing the value of its products despite having innovative technology and its software issues: the bootloop and deadboot where it all began with the LG G4. There was no fix and they weren't even sure what caused the problem, plus they couldn't keep with the Apple and Samsung.

I loved the V20, with its partnership with Bang & Olufsen where it included the Quad DAC, DSLR style of photography and military-grade casing. While the V20 was a beast of a phone, the drawback has always been LG's issue of bootloop and deadboot, evident that my unit didn't last a year.

OverBomb, 16 Aug 2023they wont released LG new phones?!LG died of success with the V20, by giving the whole carrot, instead of slice by slice.
This kind of commercial policy broke the 'quorum' of the manufacturers and if you add its disastrous and erratic update system, the end has come.

Sellers try to pass them off as normal occurrence to buyers. And those burn free ones might end up with them after buying. At present I'm using a case with an inner 5.000 mAh battery, that adding the 5.500 mAh battery fitted in the V20, (with their original back cover), offers a pretty good amperage driving the device.
It's been six years since I used this combo and I had even forgotten about it.
