Know before you buy in 2024: This phone does NOT work on the Optus network in Australia. WhatsApp, Spotify, Messenger do work on this phone but only via WiFi.

It doesn't support OTG through its micro usb charging/data port, which is important to me (may not be important to others). And there is no outer display, so you don't know who is calling (for that rare occurrence when you want to use it as a phone). I rarely answer unknown callers, so that is a real pain.

I wish people would stop asking about this device for the USA. Barely function on AT&T LTE, then they shut down 3G. Now it gets kicked off entirely. It never would have worked on Verizon and they still won’t allow it. And NO LTE compatibility with T-mobile.

Does call/text/data work? ... morei've used it on tmobile and it seems to work pretty well! i will say that the speaker used for speaker phone isnt the best, though. theres a little bit of delay on the keyboard when typing, but it's manageable- plus it has a touch screen, so theres an optional on screen keyboard if needed.
