Anonymous, 17 Mar 2024No new models (lower mid range) convinced me to upgrade yet... moreI want them to make another 'x4 gt' with high end IPS tech, but in general an improvement, also on the camera side. Optical stabilisation at least.

Rebin Tunign, 16 Feb 2024It's been over a year since I've owned this phone... moreReally great insights. I agree with your points too. I'm on the Chinese version, flashed with miui for Poco. I'm thinking of upgrading to the upcoming f6 pro tho.

Anyone experiencing major battery drain? Even with battery saver on I lose 20% at night...

It's been over a year since I've owned this phone, and it is godlike. The battery lasts a full day with a little bit of pressure (need to charge it once through out the day to have it last with heavy usage), the charging speeds are insanely good because it supports up to 67W, doesn't heat up much whilst charging though. The screen is the weakest point in my opinion, the 144 hz refresh rate can't be achieved without any fiddling around with stuff you're usually not gonna fiddle around with thanks to Xiaomi limiting POCO phones more than normal Xiaomi branded ones, the brightness isn't bad though! It can be troublesome in direct sunlight but in general i like it. chipset is monstrous, runs games like CODM, PUBGM and other titles really well, though it is pretty good at emulation as well (runs PS2 games like TXRD2 at 2x resolution no problem at a constant 60 FPS), camera is fine but nothing crazy, noticeably high detail when using the 64 MP mode. Unfortunately looks like it won't get many updates after hyperOS drops for it which is around Q2 of this year...

And I don't really recommend this phone to anyone anymore as it is generally old now, getting something like the X6 Pro or F5 is a much much smarter choice.

deRykcihC, 24 Oct 2023I tried my friend's X4 GT and found out quite a lot of... moreYeah that's in general an issue with MIUI phones and especially ones with the Poco launcher. There are ways to bypass it but most methods are temporary.

Ilya, 22 Jan 2024Avoid buying this phone...after 6 months, my charging went ... moreBeen using it since January of last year, haven't experienced this issue. Though after downloading MIUI 14 the animation displayed 65W instead of 67W, kinda weird but it is still charging at 67W.

I was surprised that its selfie camera has a 60fps mode as well :) Which is not indicated here.

I tried my friend's X4 GT and found out quite a lot of apps locked the FPS at 60, at least not 120hz or 144hz, most obvious one is between YouTube and the Home screen, one is laggy and one is smooth. Can anyone verify that?

I have terrible cellular network signal with this phone. Also, WiFi signal is weaker compared to the F2 Pro even though I'm using them at the same place. Just poor network reception all around.
