I have this phone for 1 mount and what can I say worth for the money bay the way I didnt pay any money on a contract... so everithing works perfectly I used to have T-mobile Pulse and Im very plesent of HUAWEI just look HUAWEI cite to see the next HUAWEI phones great for the company also great for us cheap and qualitu phones it Doesn't Matter that is a chinees phone everything is made there so people dont daubt buy this phone u won't be disapointed

Comes with A LOT preinstalled useless apps that can't be uninstalled ("thank you" T-Mobile) thus the low user memory left free. Definitely needs flashing! Also there is NO MULTITOUCH. Two thumbs up for the battery: mine last 4-5 days!

well guys,its done deal,tnx to all of you for your advices,i just bought it finally i decided to bought the huawei phone,the crucial fact to change my mind was the size guys(wilsdfire s and samsung ACE)look like child toys in front of balance so i decide to take this one first impressions:quite solid and incredible touch good call quality and yes there is an fm radio,thats it tnx all for your opinions

I just bought it from T-mobile MK... I'm wondering if there is an update to 2.3.6 or 2.3.7 or whatever, where can I find the update? T-mobile or Huawei?

First of all you people mutilated the english language like no one before -.-
Second, the phone is excellent, its stock HUAWEI launcher is bugged but you can download Launcher Pro which fixes all the issues while retaining the full functionality of the stock launcher. Also people keep mentioning that their device keeps freezing... Luckily I haven't had problems of that kind (probably because i switched to a different launcher).
It works with the modified flash player for armv6 and armv7 devices perfectly but if you plan on playing flash content only on youtube use the stock youtube app because flash is known as a huge battery drainer.
On further note the battery is excellent and it lasts a few days on full brightness while playing games and using wifi frequently.
The design and functionality is great and well worth the money.
The main selling point of this phone would be it's screen resolution and pixel density. The screen quality surpasses that of my iPhone 3gs by a long shot and the viewing angles are pretty good.
If you're planing on buying this phone go for it :D

i just bought it today and it already froze once and quit one download.It's a great value for the money on paper but in practice it's incredibly , astonishingly buggy.

This mobile phone looks, feels and has much better resolution than ace and wildfire... And by resolution, I mean that everything looks great on the screen, menus, games, videos. On the other hand this phone has a problem with freezing.. I get at least one or two freezes on daily basis. I hope that this will be repaired in a software upgrade.
I wouldn't recommend Ace or Wildfire because of their inferior screen. Everything is pixelated and Move Balance has much more responseful touch, but no MULTITOUCH :S

Aleksandar, 10 Jan 2012ive read in previous comments that doesent support multitou... morewell if you can afford any of the two like the wildfire and the ace well buy one... the processors are newer arm11( I don't know about are they powerful then the armv6 cos they both have 800MHz ) and support flash player.. on the other site this phone have better resolution then the galaxy and the htc.. and it has bigger screen size... if i have to choose between the htc wildfire s and the samsung galaxy ace I would choose htc because i think it is more respected and trustful firm then the samsung... but even if you chose the balance you won't make a mistake

I use some aplication from Android Market and everything is go like a sharm (Speaker Shake,UnKeyLocker,Total Call Lite (Shake2Call),Hand in Glove,PocketSensor,Fix Broken Power Button).I recomend to bay.

ive read in previous comments that doesent support multitouch,so i wonder hows possible that android 2.3.5(gingerbread) dosent support multitouch,my provider offers me this cheap android for 0$ so im really interested to get this phone,also i doubt between wildfire S ,Galaxy Ace and this huawei phone any suggestions welcome

I have this phone and I can say that is absolutely great..the processing power isn't the greatest but with 800 MHz it is good for running games like angry birds, nfs shift, and asphalt 5. The touch screen is really good and I can say that is as good as on the iphone 4 but it doesn't support multitouch of any kind so that is a little sad if you are an multitouch enthusiast :D.. although you can't download flash player from the android market, cos the armv6 processor isn't supported you can find a cracked version on the net witch doesn't work as smooth as the real deal but it does its job and you can play flash games on miniclip Et cetera. and watch videos on the sites you open... download opera( not opera mini) and you will have a blast of internet experience.. the wifi has a big range and the gps is really fine, and for last the battery is good as it can actually be (have in mind that we are talking about a smart phone and not some cheap black and white screen phone ) and you can spend a good 1-2 hours on internet a day and it can last 2-3 days at least
If you are thinking to buy it, my advice is to do that cos in that price range is in sure better then the x8, samsung galaxy mini and the lg optimus one.. you won't regret that decision
P.S. the battery doesn't come of so if it freeze and wont do any thing.. to restart the phone click the unlock button for 10 second and if it that doesn't work then take the back cover off and unscrew the 6 screws at the back of the phone( don't worry it is easy and you can't brake or damage anything :D
