Currently using the Camon 20s Pro 5G (with Mediatek Dimensity 8020). It is the same phone with a different chipset and I'm very impressed. This is my first Tecno phone. Pros: Good Display, Great Sound Quality, Good Enough Cameras, Smooth Performance (Haven't had any slowdown yet, I'm a heavy user), Useful Software Features (HiOS), Good Battery Life, Fast Charging (Under 1.30 Hr) and SD Card + 3.5mm Jack. Overall, I must say this is a great value for money phone and after long time I'm impressed by a phone even though I have used many other brand phones pricier than this one. I'm planning to use this phone for long term now.

There is... more1 year os major update promise will get it for sure android 14 but will come late they are not as good as op, Samsung, vivo, nothing when it comes to provide quick updates like less brand value , limited members of developer team so we have to be patient overall features and specifications are top notch here on this device if ur a pro user working flawlessly

Do not buy this phone. This is already phased out. There is no more Android 14 update for this crappy phone. Dont trust tecno

Try if this works or not.. If the issue is not due to tempered glass then try resetting your phone and see if it works or not. Even after resetting if the problem is not gone then there may be a hardware issue so get your phone checked at an authorized service centre.

It's really a good phone overall balanced. It has 3.5mm jack + dedicated SD slot + dual sim. Great display, good speakers, stylish design with leather back, HiOS has a lot of great features and customisation, great performance and good cameras. Overall a very solid phone for the price.

One tip, if you're planning to use it for long gaming, at least buy yourself a cooler.

My Tecno Camon 20 Pro still on Android 13. When it comes to Android updates I have zero trust in Tecno & Infinix. I can only hope they provide Android 14 to the Pro model also.
