My spark 7p is working fine and smoothly but can charge anymore why it is on
You must switch it off before it start charging again

For sometime now,My Tecno Spark 7p keeps freezing when turned on and stuck on the startup screen without turning on completely

I've never experienced such an issue. It could be network lags from your location but you can reset it if you're still having that issue after trying other network providers

It works better on 3g than 4g

Spark 7p is a nice fone just that recently the started switching or and off on it own , it will do it like ten times den it will stop , after like 20 to 30 days it will do same time again, pls what could b the cause because I am confused?🙄
