Please system update for Tecno spark go kc1h device. Because it will be lost of some deta and version of other devices. That's wifi system are very bad .

ok thanks, 06 Oct 2019can anybody tel his/her experience with this phoneTecno spark GO is the most foolish phone ever! am telling the truth i know what i faced when i bouth that usless phone. But i have sould it am using infinix s5 now. With the drop of my life infinix s5 is absolutly a Good phone! without any problem to complain. The phone storage is 64gb and 4gb ram. The phone can play all games without no lag!!

The phone is not clear, when I was browsing I enter the search button it's fast but scrolling down to see that is not too clear to my liking compare to Tecno spark 3 I used before. The camera is not also clear, maybe it has something to do with the display.

My phone barely takes time to charge ... Its still six months now since I bought it..at first I taught it the charger that couldn't boost the battery, until I bought another two different original chargers ..not just that ,the phone take a whole day to be charged eg. From morning to night .. So tell ,is that kind of slow charging not damaging the phone ?....And also,..it does not connect to laptop via using transfer cord ,..I don't know why?

Fnds iam a student and I found that this mobile speaker doesn't work for calls , I feel that I get decieved and I want refund because this problem goes again when I received from service centre not by mobile shop

For me, the phone is cool in terms of battery capacity.
The camera is okay but not too good in low light.
Network connectivity is not as sharp as I expected.
