The phone works pretty well, but the major drawback is customer support from Verykool. They do not respond to customer support requests. I have a Verykool s5014 Atlas and its battery is nearing the end of its useful life. The simple solution would be to replace the battery, but apparently they never manufactured replacement batteries for this phone. I have been unable to find a replacement battery on the internet nor in local stores who claim to specialize in wide selections of batteries. Verykool has failed to respond to all e-mail requests I have sent to them regarding the battery issue. When the battery eventually dies, I will have no choice but to buy a new phone, which most certainly will not be a Verykool, because I refuse to go through this again.

The phone is good but the front camera is terrible!
