Anonymous, 12 May 20241100 dollars Depends on the market. But when somebody quotes Euro I assume they are talking about in Europe. In China it will most likely be priced between 6,499rmb-6,699rmb for the base model. It might not be released at all outside China or if it is it will probably be limited to a small number or other countries.

If anyone knows something about photography, i am using the X100 pro, often portrait mode at 100mm, i just discover the max would be 85mm on the ultra, Is any physical limitation of not going at 100mm at least like the X100 pro ?

The Xiaomi 14 ultra is 1,499 euro and this is probably coming with slightly more expensive hardware so it would cost around the same in Europe as the Xiaomi. No way it'd be much cheaper than 1,499. It most likely won't launch anyway outside of China though.

At this point just get the vivo x100 pro instead of its Ultra it may not have 4k on front but if you do want it buy it from China with its originOs because camera resolution is just a software for vivo

170mm - 50MP. 1/2.8. (Xiaomi 14U is 120mm at 50MP 1/2.51)
340mm - 12.5MP 1/5.6 = 14Times zoom, only then the Phone would have to upscale the image to 12.5Res.
680mm, 28Times, 3.1 MP should be the higest zoom level where pictures should come out useable, everything above it will be just a gimmick, which is great nonetheless by hardware.
Usually the pictures of phones with periscopes stopped being useable at 15 to 20 times.

Does anyone know the focal length of the telephoto? If its above 120mm I'll get this instead of Xiaomi 14 Ultra, though given the sensor size I'm expecting it to be around 70mm (this is a guess)
