whats the score with the notification light to notify of missed calls/texts there dont seem to be one on this vodafone smart 2 phone I bought. All my other Android phones had blinking light on right of handset. When i looked at Dummy phone on display in the vodafone shop it looked like there was an oblong 'window' next to the earpiece on the right as you look at the front of the phone so I was presuming this would be notification LED but on my phone it dont appear.
If I tilt my phone slightly I can sort of see the oblong window, is it just they have not put the notification LED in this phone or could it be this widow has only the sensor behind instead to auto adjust display light or turn off display when u hold phone to ear when on a call? - this is bugging me somewhat, I want a LED light to flash when I have missed a call or SMS.

also be prepared for randomly freezes and crashes... Something is not ok with the software

Well it has both good and bad attributions.
good: cheap, nice screen, good wifi
bad: max sound level is too quiet, weaker gpu- dont expect to play with asphalt.. etc, for games like fruit ninja, smurfs village, sims its okay.
some bad news reported by users: sometimes u can't hear the person u talk with on gsm, but on viber this does not occur. and random freezes (I've never encountered this) in that case service support is recommended.
Let say that, for this money, xou can't really find a smarter phone.

+decent screen size and resolution
+feature pack (camera flash, radio) other phones in this class do not have
- poor speaker sound (have to use volume+ to increase a bit)

I give to this smartphone 7 points,the battery is not so great,the pictures are low,you can not save pictures from internet,you can not put entire picture on your screen.only things that i like is the design and the response of touchscreen.is a bad droid

I have this phone 3 weeks, and i love it. Very good software, construction 5*, batery is great for a droid. Not even 1 restart. Love the phone.

dont buy this phone they are all duds and should not be allowed to sell them i have had four in a week all turn off after first charge and need full reset twice a day and im not the only one look it up. taken it back tomorrow for refund. you ve been warned!
