Indeed, you can get these for dirt cheap and most people that these phones are targeted to don't care about 4K much, although if only it had 60FPS recording which is actually Oppo/Oneplus's fault since they couldn't be arsed to add tha...

couldn't agree more. its valid to lambaste it for lacking 4k video recording but its still just fine for moderate usage, especially considering the price
