I tend to unfold it less and do most viewings and responding on the cover screen - something that's simply not possible on the Samsung.

I love the fact that the inside screen has the same aspect ratio as the iPad 10.2 and iPad Pro. But 27:9 cover display? No thanks, that's a big NO-NO! Samsung's 25:9 cover display for Z Fold2 and Z Fold3 is already a mess with app scaling issues, so don't expect 27:9 to be better.

To be honest how can they be at d same level ...w... moreVery vague statement (if any). I'm trying to make sense of a "hype" in a feature that a gadget is actually equipped with.
You need to own both to understand that the Mi Mix Fold is not just better than the Fold 2, it offers value for money and a user experience that validates and justifies Xiaomi overtaking Samsung as the Number One OEM.
When you have any real points, I'll be happy to share my views.

This is the best phone I've ever bought. Specially imported from Hong Kong!
I did not fancy the Samsung Fold 2/3 as their cameras are outdated. The Mi Mix Fold is larger, just as durable for reasonable everyday outdoor and work use. Performance and features are top notch.

Very competitive phone compared to Huawei Mate aad Samsung Fold, I like that they allowed Dual SiM support on this phone, which lacks on Samsung Fold series.

As a user and owner of both the Fold 2 and the Mix fold, the Xiaomi beats the Fold 2 in every aspect possible and as a business user, the two are not even on the same level of practicality for everyday use.
The newly released fold 3 is just the same as the 2.

Xiaomi doesn't bother to give Android 11 for this model despite being launched in 2021 and yet people are saying that this is better than Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold lineup? The amount of bad taste coming from those people are truly laughable. 😂🤣😂🤣

I think what I'm noticing now is that Chinese OEMs are making their phones and giving an option to use as is or install Google Services - Huawei has Harmony now as an option on existing handsets with Google Services.
Besides, mine doesn't feel experimental AT ALL! I bought it from 28mob with Google installed. I bought it after being frustrated by the garbage battery life on my Z fold 2 and the inner screen that's too big for a phone and too small for a tablet.
For a business/work user, this is way way better than my Z fold 2. The dual nano SIM card is a blessing, considering that the esim on the Z fold 2 NEVER worked,even after the much anticipated "update" that Samsung said would activate it.
And from the specs and hands-on videos of the 3, this is still way better, like way better!

It's still an experimental phone. It's their first time making a foldable phone, so I understand why they only released it in China. But once they get everything right, I'm sure they gonna release globally.
