ZTE Axon 30 Pro to bring three 64MP cameras

Michail, 16 March 2021

ZTE has been teasing its upcoming Axon 30 Pro since the start of the year and so far we’ve seen teasers that the phone will launch with a triple camera setup. In a new Weibo post the company confirmed the Axon 30 Pro will feature three 64MP cameras which would be the first time we’ve seen such a setup in a smartphone. ZTE is touting all focus range which should imply at least one telephoto cam and perhaps an ultrawide snapper as well.

The Axon 30 Pro is shaping up as a proper flagship follow-up to last year’s Axon 20 5G and is expected to debut ZTE’s second gen under-display camera. The selfie shooter is expected to boast a 44MP sensor this time around.

A recent 3C listing also revealed that the Axon 30 Pro bearing the A2022 model number will sport 55W charging.

The 200mp would be latest Samsung. Unless they deliver something far out there, what's the point? We can buy so so and good phones with the normal camera stuff. Due to the awful way Bayer color filtered cameras work, a 16k sensor image would ...

hard to believe ZTE is still alive in smartphone business :)
