had mine for 2 months now.... what is zte thinking? 1st no 16:9 ratio for night mode photos. then night mode photo's all have a dusty look to them a brown tint even in the sky. from there 4k60 videos are not 4k 60 videos at best im getting 4k 50 at worst 4k 47.... even 8k videos drop to 26 ....recorded audio is 1,000,000% awful.. the noise reduction has no idea what its doing!! if 2 people are talking an a 3rd comes in 1 of or both of the 1st two completely vanaish... gone... cut off... traffic sounds like someones rubbing a finger over the microphone an if there is traffic during a convo the audio bounces from cars passing to voice an back or cancel each other completely where you dont hear either. front audio record rear audio record an surround audio record in video do nothing... no changes at all. dtx sound does nothing either sound is way better on my mi 10t pro where axon 30 ultra dtx has no actual bass an everything sounds mid.....2x zoom IS NOT 2X ZOOM its 1.3 an you have to put it at 2.5 for it to actually be 2x zoom thats annoying as hell !!! but doing video or pro mode or nightmode its actually 2x zoom MAKES NO SENSE!! battery app doesnt change when battery dies an you recharge it.. it keeps going so if battery lasts 2 days an you charge it .... will say your battery has lasted 4 days when it does again... ...so many other issues... an none have been fixed in 10 months an 5 updates..... you dont even see people ''testing'' the phone video out ... like recording street life or anything.... they see it as well an most if not all reviewers use an external mic or audio enhancers on their ''review videos'' as it is ......this is bad.... really bad....

Imagine selling phones in 2022 and still having a T E R R I B L E update policy. Stay away from ZTE.

I have had this phone since launch. It's great but software support is awful. Still on Android 11 with a Google play system update from August. Last update came in January 2022

Even if the hardware of the phone is great, their software support is the worst. ZTE simply doesn't care about their customers after they bought their products. Not to say that they are well known to for deleting bad reviews on their website and social media pages. I had to deal a lot of times with their customer support and I got a bitter taste every time I did it. Spare yourselves from headaches and buy another phone from another manufacturer. Even if it doesn't have 1 trillion of GB RAM and stuff like that, because your hardware will not help you if the software is garbage. I still have the screenshots from when I contacted them and they were giving me always "retarded" answers which they didn't had anything to do with the subject of my questions. Please save your money and buy yourself a phone with good software support and optimizations because even 8GB of RAM on a well optimized phone will beat the h*** out of the shady ZTE.

Hi,
I have this phone from November 2021, after almost two weeks I was left without a signal on it.
I talked to ZTE SERVICE by e-mail, after about 10 e-mails they gave me the verdict .... I don't have the purchase receipt .. so don't fix it
it deserves a big black ball.
advice do not buy products from ZTE
