16GB iPads are history, you now get 32GB of storage for the same price

Apple may not have mentioned iPads at all during its event today, but that doesn't mean nothing's new with the company's tablets. After finally killing off all 16GB iPhone versions (except in the iPhone SE for some reason), Apple has decided to do the same for its iPads. So from this point on there isn't a single iPad version you can order with just 16GB of storage.

The base models all get 32GB, and for the exact same price you needed to pay for 16GB before. Additionally, the most expensive iPad Pro models have received some price cuts. There's now just one iPad mini 2 version for sale, and only two iPad mini 4 options (before there were three).

As you can see, the 64GB iPad mini 4 is gone, while the 128GB iPad Pro is $50 cheaper and the 256GB variation is $100 less than it used to be.
