Anonymous, 31 May 2017Didn't answer the question....Did you watch the full announcement video. He said there would be accessories similar to Moto Mods but not like same. Maybe the main drawback would be it's low battery, no IP68, no 3.5mm port. There will be never ending debate of some features missing whether it is good or bad. But to progress there needs to be some compromise like....

Unfortunately bezel less display is a bad gimmick which companies are going forward to. It reduces the longevity of the phone, makes it uncomfortable to use and essentially makes it weird. I know people are bored seeing square shaped phones but still it's just a stupid gimmick to me.

1. For those who are wondering if the front camera will block some of the notifications that you receive, essential made a software that allows notifications to be separated in two sides.
2. Bezel-less screens will be on almost every phone at some point. So if you're complaining that the future of smartphones, than too bad, there's no stopping it.
3. Pricing. Sure the price is rather steep for the specs that you get but not everyone will buy this phone. You have the choice to buy other ones.
4. The front camera design isn't really the best one, but it's not as bad as other phones and their camera choices such as the xiaomi mi mix. LG and apple is expected to do the same with the front facing camera so see if you complain about that in the future

Screen is the weakest link and with it, titanium for the rest of the body is not only useless, but adds unnecessary weight. I prefer that weight to come from a better battery or other better parts.

Your making that point as if having a titanium frame doesn't increase the chances of the screen surviving.
Just stop. If you don't like the bezel-less trend then go and buy the HTC U11 or the OnePlus 5. ffs.
