In 2016, C9 series sold like hot cakes here. Among the people who still use a phone from 2016, C9s eclipse iPhone 7s by a lot. It will be cool to have them bring it back. I think this'll be a worthy successor

Pitchwisse, 05 May 2024And they also have terrible software.One UI Chinese version is a bit slow, it's as terrible as Hyper OS in China. You cannot link your international version Samsung Watch with Chinese One UI and vice versa.

The last C series smartphone from Samsung I saw was the Galaxy C9 Pro, back in 2016. It was a very good mid range spec smartphone. Now they came up with this C55 huh? If Samsung is willing to revive the C series then it's a good thing I guess, but they better make these phones as good as the predecessor C series, otherwise people will have no interest in them.

Leather back is quite an interesting design choice, however paired with Snapdragon 7 gen 1, you can tell the only good thing about this phone is the ability to make an easy campfire.

Anonymous, 24 Apr 2024Leather is AwesomeLeather is so ugly and impractical. It will get dirty if you use it without a case. I don't have leather on my phone and I use it with case 95% of the time, but when I'm home or in bed I sometimes like to take my case off and use my phone like this. If it had leather, it would get dirty.
What a horribe, cheap, lazy and uninspired choice for a back design.

Super Android 22, 27 Apr 2024I would only say im sure lg V series phones probably can or... moreIt's not that it does the same job, it actually does a betterm job given that it has a significantly higher power output. You can connect an external DAC and get a proper sound, albeit at the expense of battery life.
People love to winge nowadays.
