Go to the support site for all products. Select Be touch e130 and select language English or Erench. Then you will see the multi language update on the OS tab and can download it.

Can you please tell me how can I upgrade my OS to Eclair 2.1? I checked in Acer website, yet difficult to locate the firmware. When tried for updating through phone, surched the updates and confirm no updates for current OS, Android 1.6. Please help

the phone is actually really good but my only probleme is the bluetooth i dont know how to cennect people and the fact that the camera dosnt have a zoom option

the phone got blocked because i was testing around with the patten thing so now it requires me to enter the gmail username and password abd when i do enter the correct one it does not unblock so I am stuck there i must say it is not a good phone

Very bad product.
get stuck while you phone.
keyboard does not react from time to time,
I had to take the battery away several times to stop a conversation because nothing reacts anymore.
GPS did work once, after that it was unable to find the position.
from time to time the sound when someone call is very bad, like if the phone was too busy doing something else (but it happen only when i do not use the phone for hours)
very slow on the net, the cpu is to small for a good web experience.
I have to shutdown the phone every days otherwise it happen that the 3G does not work anymore.
the design is good and the quality too but this phone is not for professional use. it sound much more like a gadget that like a real communication tool.
the Quality of the reception of the phone is very good
the batery life is very short, do not try to use 3G synchro, bluetooth, wifi on + gps on and 1 hour of telephone call a day. the battery life will not survive during 10 hours.

Android 1.6 Donut is not supported the file transfering through bluetooth. It's paired and that's it no file transfering...
The only way to transfer files is upgrade it to Eclair 2.1. so you can transfer files easily...

There is an upgrade firmware Eclair 2.1 multi-language for the Betouch E130 (available on Acer website). It works great so you guys dont have to worry about the acient 1.6 Donut Os anymore

its a very very bad mobile...bought and sold it out with in a week...no battery back up..poor wifi reception..very very slow net browsing...not user friendly..hangs frequently...

Phone Quality is Good, Android is good, the only problem I am facing is the blue tooth, it displays paired with other devices, but couldn't connect, strange ! any help
