yes, this Acer DX900 is a shame! how I wish could exchange this with a new one. its not worth the try. I had expected so much since it is Acer, but lo and behold, I am wrong! Hanged most of the time, so that I have to remove the battery to start it again. Internet is so slow. battery is good only for 1 day even after installing the updates. totally devastating and unreliable!!!!

I have got my Acer for about a year ago, and I am not satisfied. Slow, cannot make a call or answering a call, totally bad phone. Sorry, but I would not recommend any other to buy this product.

Totaly unrealible,I used it for 6 months challenging myself how patient can I be!! Make yourself a favor and stay away of it! Pitty that a brand like ACER has such a "product"

I used the phone for over 2 weeks now!!!
my best advice, don't take this phone even if they give you for free... it's REALLY HORRIBLE experience. totally not reliable and not worth your time or money.

I purchased the Acer DX-900 dual SIM PDA phone 4 months ago, with great expectation & belief that the model of Acer is a good phone…. But alas..this model is such a disaster.. never expected such a bad quality phone from such a reputed company as Acer.
The phone runs on Windows 6 mobile version, but the capacity of this phone is so dismal. Some disastrous points of this pathetic phone:
1. It hangs up virtually every hour, you cannot make a call immediately as the phone is wondering what to do..
2. You are not able to search phone numbers from the list, as the system hangs up..
3. The Bluetooth keeps on searching searching & searching the laptop device, which is next to it.
4. The worst part is the phone looks practically fine, the SIM coverage is shown full… and someone calls you, damn you don’t even see that the person is calling you, as the system is hung up.
5. Battery life is terrible, just last some 8 hours maximum.
I had a Samsung dual SIM mobile before this, and wanted an upgrade to a better phone. Purchase this Acer with a belief that this company has better products, but it’s just 2000 Dhs down the drain. This phone of ACER is just pure junk.. worth to be throw in the dust bin.. Shame on you ACER to bring up such a bad phone and making gullible fools of common people..

pls..dont by acer dx900!!!! its worst mobile u loose ur time and money... better by samsung galxy s not htc also windows mobile .... if u by acer m900, f900, dx900, u loose ur life..

Took it to the ACER Service Centre in Singapore. They were also surprised to see the problem. They reinstalled the software twice but the problem was not resolved. Finding no other way I disposed it at a loss.

i baought this phone from singapor it really a good phone and i love it once it takes time to learn after it makes my life very easy now i dont need to keep my laptop with me all the time.

As i mentioned before, this is the worst device i've ever got. I bought it from DG Sharif Dubai amounting AED 1,099/=,on 3rd July 10, after 10 days continuesly trying, it did not work,bettary life is very bad, always freez, dual sim never worked, i given back to DG sharif for fixing thses problems but once i got it back there, its again didnt work, then i refused to get the replacemnt device as its THE WORST PHONE,given them back and got Gift vouchers of the same amount validity 6 months, thanks DG Sahrif for helping keep this phone with you.. my pricious opinion, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. this is just waste your money, your time, and mentel toucher as well.

i got this phone frm sharaf Dg DCC in dubai...
for first two days it took time for me to learn but after that now i became a master in handling it....
if you use the phone specs like wifi, bt and dual sim correctly...the battery life is gud....thanx for the guy who sold dis phone to me....IT WORTH FOR THE PRICE 1099 AED!!!
