I'm using this tab since August 2015.....it s nice tab it gives 6hours nonstopable battery lifefor YouTube with WiFi ...I bought this tab in Flipkart for 7k only

I got this tab in November of 2014...been using it ever since.
I has given me an adequate performance. At is an average devise overall.
No plans of replacing it any time soon.
Though it suffers in terms of battery life.

Everything about this is turtle-slow. As well, apps frequently crash like Mario Andretti on sugar. Battery-life constitutes not even bringing it in public because it will die(reminiscent of an old blackberry in that regard).

I have had my Acer A1-830 tablet for two years now and it works great. I upgraded to the Android version 4.4.2 almost immediately so I don't know about any problems or not with the earlier versions. I think this has been a great tablet for the price and functionality. My battery works for hours of use before any recharge is needed too.

I like my tablet, although if you hold down the screen to too long at a time, it will stay there. and then you need to re-boot your tablet, which takes WAY too long!

Mine doens't turn on, just appear a cable sign to plug into computer on the screen when i'm try to turn on

Mine doesn't charge... I tried everything, turns out the micro usb input is loose. Cheap tablet

always loose my wifi connection shortly after startup,also have a kindle fire and a Samsung tablet and never have a problem....any advise somebody,I tried everything!

Anonymous, 20 Mar 2016Have had just over 12 mths experienced problems with batter... moreAcer is an American product but for the European market are placed adapter for charger that is lower quality and spoils quickly, so I pulled out and soldered a new plug , and on the cable I found two broken , so I fixed it and now it works great ,so first check the battery charger and cable if it worked

Have had just over 12 mths experienced problems with battery not lasting as long as it should, also where cord plugged in to charge battery always seemed a bit loose now not able to charge at all --- very disappointed in response from acer said it could be the mother board or need a new battery --will cost $255 for a service I will not be buying another Acer that is for sure I see that Samsung Galaxy warranty is 2 years maybe thats the one for me

I got this tablet A1-830, lagging within a yr. Everything works fine after reset. Then happened few months later, this time worse. The screen is not responsive, was told by 3rd party repairman that the problems are due to the firmware.
Purposely went down for a solution, after no reply from the email. The cso guy seeeds not well equipped with the product knowledge nhe told me that they are using generic Android firmware for the tablet n suspecting that the monitor is not working well. He wanted me to send in for repairs just because of his suspicion!
Finally requested to ask the service manager to call me, but still waiting after a week more!

Been working fine for over a year..appears to be. more reliable than the A840 which is in for repair for the third time. Switch problems 2x now screen distortion.
