Very good phone. Works very finely. It's a quad core and best speed.

I have been using this phone for 3 months. This phone is very nice. I still have not found a serious problem until now. Maybe just a little problem on the arrest signal, but still able to function normally.
For performance, I think is sufficient to represent all. When I have to work or relax and play a game, this phone works very good.

I have bought it couple months ago, ... moreI'm not an expert in phone quality, but your story seems very odd. you still kept that phone 2 weeks after it crashes? why don't you bring it directly to the shop?
My question is: did you bought that phone along with the guarantee?
Cause, even in my country, suppliers sells these kind of phones with 'new unit replacement' if the fault is not by user's error. Until the last day of guarantee period. :)

It's a piece of crap.
I have bought it couple months ago, and then the bottom part of the screen starting to loosen up. when I tried to push it back to it's place, the lcd turns to error (like a tv without signal).
2 weeks later, the lcd became totally error.
When I came to the acer customer centre, they promised to repair it at maximum 5 days before it can be fully use and return it to the customer.
In fact after 5 days, they did not called me, instead I called them, but the answer is that the spare part is not available. This is irritating. After this call, they only call me twice, first to inform me that there is another part that should be replace, and the part is not available, second, they asked for my password, which I have forgotten due to long period of not using it.
And now after 10 working days, they have not called me the status of my phone.
The funny things is that when I asked whether this phone is a reject product or not, they said that this phone has been pass trough a quality control. What the hell man, a phone that has been gone trough a quality control cannot be this sucked.
I don't know whether the quality control is suck or the phone is reject product.
My previous china product phone (which is cheaper) has gone trough years of services without having this problem.
If you would like to buy a phone, please reconsider if you would like to chosse this phone. Perhaps if you lucky you will have the good one.

Hi all i just bought this phone, everything runs smoothly but i have one question, how to view multiple apps? when i'm using nexus 4 for instance, there is an on screen button for this. Please help! because i cant jump between apps easily.

to do 'video call', go to 'keypad' and enter the phone numbre you want to call, then pres 'video call'.
the otherway is, open 'contacts', search for the name you want to call, then press 'video call'.
