I got it for the past one month. I really regret buying this acer trash. Speakers, mic and camera are very very poor! even the hand-free is total junk! Phone always looks dirty due to sticky back & cheap cover.
Only good thing is the battery and that is ALL.
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

AnonD-397023, 25 May 2015Less than 2 months old. Worked great. Then I found out the ... moreUpdate: left the memory card in the phone over night, despite the issue. Luckily it was empty because the phone now sees the card as daamaged and the only way to get rid of the notification would be to format it.
Good luck to others. This device was a dream, but I may have to turn to something else, which is difficult to find on the same budget.

Less than 2 months old. Worked great. Then I found out the headphones jack was not allright. It spent 2 weeks in service, got that fixed. After 5 days started to make fun of me by randomly mounting and unmounting SD card.
Performance wise is still great, but not being able to use a memory extension without damaging data after such a short while is a major disappointment.

If you like BB then go down that road, dont judge a system you dont even understand and stick with the pre-chewn BB devices for people like you.

Is there a latest firmware update for this fone? coz i havnt recvd any update from Acer... is it possible to use other firmware for this fone? Thanks in advance.

Why my mobile g... moreif your surrounding or environment is hot, then you will likely have this issue.
I also experience this. but it does not happen on an airconditioned room.

Flaviu, 18 May 2015I have the same problem, also since May !! I have resetted ... moreI had this problem before, turns out I just need to reinsert the sdcard. Before that, my sdcard would unmount by itself... some files got corrupted.

The specs sheet mentions "stereo speaker". If it's supposed to have 2 speakers, then it is kind of quiet. Plus the sound comes from only one place. Is there something wrong?
