Hi I have a problem with my acer phone and I have no idea what happen with it, there's black stripes in it and its really deem at the lower part of the phone and I have to use the brightest light so I can see the apps and I already turn it on and off and reset it. All this things I did but its still the same. can you please help me how to fix it? I really like this phone so hopefully you can help me to fix this issue..

i've had this phone since march last year,and to date, i haven't gotten a single update,firmware,nothing.every time i checked,nothing,i thought acer said that this phone would have gotten lollipop 5.i've read the problems that most people are having with this phone,and thankfully i haven't experienced any of them,yet,at least.the problem i have is a speaker problem.i can't hear anything during a call unless i put the phone on speaker, and if i'm in traffic or on the road i have to strain my ears to hear,because the speaker isn't that loud. acer is full of shite,i'm done with their lying arse.

My phone also have dark screen before, but I fixed the problem with SP Flash tool. If you want to experiment fix phone by self, then you can try do it with SP Flash tool.
All you need to download :
1. SP Flash tool And install on PC
2. FIRMWARE Dump E39 AV0K0 1.0.21.00 EMEA GEN1 (Triple SIM) about 800mb
3. USB DATA CABLE
4. CHARGE Ur Phone at least 50%
5. Extract Firmware Zip in new Folder on PC
6. Open Sp Flash app
7. Choose scatter loading, Find the File on folder that you extracted. "MT6582_Android_Scatter"
8.Uncheck Preloader,Uboot,Recovery,Cache,USRDATA.
9. Click Download
10.turn down Vol about 5 seconds and Plug Usb cable.
11. It's automatically Flash, and will shown the check list when flash done.
12. Finished and Turn on ur phone.
NOTE : If you have some problem after flash ur phone, just post here. Like Imei,Wifi,and Signal. I will follow up every day..

this is the ONLY and the BEST phone in the WORLD
(for already 3 years 2014-2016 totally unmatched !!)
for if you want a TRIPLE SIM phone
coupled with ANDROID
and a larger screen
at the best available thinness
for a triple sim android phone!
and not to mention the BATTERY LIFE,
which if you don't phone much at all
neither surf with it much
and keep the brightness fairly low
then you can stretch that phone
on a single charge
FOR 10 DAYS realistic
without having to do
a re-charge !!!
i am still waiting every year
for somebody to BEAT it
with a slimmer or smaller
TRIPLE sim android phone
but nobody so far does
because they all stop
at just dual sim only.
and at the price point of around 150 dollars
this is a TRULY GREAT bargain of all!

I absolutely love this phone. I bought it for 130$ Canadian at some random liquidation store. I've charged the battery twice so far, yes, this phone lasts 3-4 days on a single charge with moderate use.
This phone uses the most responsive screen I have ever touched in my life. So much so that I had to research why. The screen has a response time of 60ms! That's computer gaming level.
Only issues encountered so far are slightly intermittent 4g service (though in my city that is not uncommon) and the charge time for this phone is much longer than others. You will also have to update 3-4 times if the phone is brand new.
I would recommend this unit to anyone on a budget looking for a decent smartphone
Tip-- For even more battery life and an extremely stable connection for voice and text, switch to "2G only" in Network settings.

My phone is totally unusable beacuse the screen is all black with grey lines... Buying this product is a big mistake and just a waste of money... F**k u ACER!!!! I'll never buy any of ACER's product ever again!!!!

I'm sorry I have owned a lot of phones from blackberry, Apple and Samsung and this phone by far is the worse phone I have ever owned. The memory even with an SD card is always full I really disappointed I wasted my money.

Hey there, I was pretty happy of my liquid 700 phone triple sim but now facing some problems and I can't fix them,I just deleted accidentally the setting app well not really accidentally but the setting app which was a gear icon changed to an Android icon when tapping on it nothing happened so I deleted that,and now I can't find it nowhere..did several thing trying to find the setting icon in the menu/widgets part, search bar but nothing it desperate...what the heck can I do now? Was trying to reset ..but when holding the home ,volume+,power button I got something in Chinese, which I totally don't understand and also mentioned Pcba fail...can I try something else, any ideas ? Thx in advance.
