Phone kept alerting me that I can change the default storage to my microSD card. Even if I already changed the settings to use the microSD card. The phone reverts back to internal storage then informs me again that I can use the external storage. How do I fix this?

You do not need to install it. Go and do an on air update its the same thing (just 100mb).
If you do the update can you compare the pictures quality that the camera can take ?

AnonD-307073, 14 Sep 2014can you describe how bad/good the camera is? thanks!hi, the camera just does OK in good lighting condition, but in low light produces lots of noise and pics sometimes look artificial as if they are paintings. My 5 MP sony ericsson live with walkman does marginally better.
The biggest disappointment, however, is with the 2MP front facing cam. The quality is poor, can capture very few details. The redeeming and kinda unique feature is the front cam flash, but given the quality of pics it can take, it render the same useless.
I saw an update in acer website with key logs saying it will enhance cam quality. Haven't updated yet, but I hope it will.

CiCC, 12 Sep 2014Saw it posted at CMK cellphones for P10,390.Bought one from CMK yesterday. So far, this is better "bang for buck" than the zenfone5. Only downside is the relatively poor performing camera and the lack of backlight on the capacitve buttons (which can be really frustrating at times.
But the battery alone makes it worth it. Not to mention nice display, ok design and 2 gig ram, 16 gb storage.

i have this phone since a week and I am very happy with.
I have tested several features with a positive feedback, including:
- 3 sims = no real impact on battery in comparison with the use of 2 sims: battery lasts for 2 days with moderate/high use
- data connection
- bluetooth connected with scooter helmet
- gps
- several hi-level applications such TuneIn, youtube (including extension for chromecast), play music etc
Everything was good
As I immediately updated the software to the latest one, I do not know if the problems experienced by other people are linked to the previous software version.
I really recommend this phone

i am so happy to have this phone. before i have two three phones inside my purse but not i use only one! so convenient, so reliable and so much better than my previous phone (iP5c). specs are really better (and apps faster). i don't have games installed though (since i don't play)so i don't have storage issues. the free flip cover also made my day when i got hold of the acer e700 :-)
longer battery life, front cam flash, bigger screen, all previous apps from the iP5c installed...and again, all 3 sims in one cool unit!

This phone just more than perfect. It has everything you need for daily task since its packed with android 4.4.2.
The sdcard between internal and external its a bit confusing because SDcard0 its actually the external and Sdcard1 is internal (16GB) by default.
IPS screen is very clear and the size of 5" fit everything. rear camera is fine but not perfect compare to samsung 8MP also. Front camera has 2MP with flash - good.
Keyboard looks clean and light.
3G menu for each simcard can be swicth virtually.
Incoming calls float on top of existing programm, very good compare to Samsung Grand I used before.
