i have mine for about a year and think it's a pretty good phone.
Besides the battery, it goes quick flat. charges fast aswell but ....
Camera is excellent. speaker could be better.

Acer's mobile is crap. Their support is worse. For the same price point, you are better of with other vendors.

After last update from Acer battery life is a huge catastrophe. From 6 to 12 hours. You can use your smartphone as a paperweight.

Battery life isn't great.if your a power user then don't expect more than 10 hours battery life

43 hours battery life rating....what is that battery life while in use for browsing be specific cause im starting to like this phone honest answer it was already released it means it has been tested.... the battery....how many hours is the maximum usage for browsing

I'm very impressed with this phone.the only grumble I had was with the low output from the loudspeaker but that was soon fixed by going in to engineer mode and raising the values.to do this you go to the phone dialer and input the following *#*#2237332846633#*#* and navigate to hardware/audio.you can actually change many things from this menu but as I say my only grumble was with the loudspeaker so left everything else standard.

Had this phone for nearly a month, then the power went off and wont turn on, I brought it to acer service center. and they said that the warranty was voided. Dont waste your hard earned money on this.

Battery is fine but if im using it for gaming purposes the battery drains so fast and the unit itself was over heating for just a few minutes of using it (more than 3mins)

This is my second Acer mobile phone and I think it is great. I've had many cellphones in the last 25-26 years, including phones like the Motorola Moto G, Sony Xperia T, LG Renoir and many more, but this one is among my favorites of all time.
The plus points:
+ fast because of the octa-core processor in combination
with the 2Gb RAM.
+ 8Gb or 16Gb internal memory but you can add up to 32Gb
via microSD cardslot.
+ screensize of 5", so big enough
+ 13MP camera + 5MP secondary camera for those all
important selfies.
+ very thin
+ cheap to buy
+ proofs you are not a brain dead follower of the
iPhone/Galaxy generation
But on the other side:
- you won't look as cool as you do holding an iPhone.
