The SIM card slot and the memory card just spoiled me out of nowhere and it tells me that the memory card and the SIM card are damaged, of course, at the same time, you really have to work hard to do such phone crap

I have this phone for three years now and it works GREAT. I literally had to shut it off just twice, during these three years because it froze. After three years it still works like the day I bought it. Not a gaming phone, but excellent photos, and all the apps I use are working perfectly. I mostly use it for communication, GPS, and internet. If you want a PC, buy a PC. This is a phone.

Terrible phone. I bought it brand new and it was very veeery slow and it would overheat even during phonecalls. After a couple of months the microphone died completely, and the headphones with microphone died also.

This mobile phone is okay for persons who don't want to play video games, you can only play some stupid and boring games that don't need good phone to play on. This phone is good only for calling and messaging. If you are person who wants to find phone for video games or something professional than this is not good phone for you. I would give grade 2 of 5.

i need help with my phone, funny lines (guidelines) appeared on my phone all of a sudden and it look untidy on my screen, looks like scratches, but its actually the screen itself.

Just root it and it will be fine.Battery drains will stop when you set in WIFI options (Wifi-Advanced) keep WIFI on during sleep to only when plugged in or never.

I had some performance issues and lagging, battery life is not so good but if used moderately it will last for a day, I charge it during the night anyway...
I am using it for maybe two months, few days ago I have rooted it using King Root app and removed bunch of built-in bloatware, Acer really put too much of that.
Now the phone finally runs fast and without issues. ROOT IT trust me.

I buy brand new this phone... but i got too much problems... after couple minuts on phone, processor got too hot... speakerphone not work, ... any other with similiar problems?

please take note that there are 2 version of this model which is "ACER JADE Z" and "ACER JADE Z PLUS".
