Acer must not follow the foot step of some Phone Makers by delaying release of their new launches, in this case the wonderful Liquid S2. Do not forget the X'mas season is coming and for those potential Buyers of this Phone, they may switch to buy other Brands if you keep them waiting TOO LONG. I have 2 other friends and myself waiting to get our hands on it.

I waited for the iPhone 5s - then I saw Acer Liquid S2 an now I look forward to the release of the phaboulous Acer phablet! Does somebody know something about the Date of release in Switzerland?

Acer UK informed me yesterday that this phone will be arriving in the UK by the end of October, that's very good news.

Suggestions to Acer... Acer it looks like you have put all specifications right and very impressive now it's all about delivery and Performance of the device hope it works as expected.... Was waiting for Note 3 now using Note 2 but frankly I have changed my mind... Please Please ship it fast and now just like that I will download your device from Internet :-)... Just can't wait to put my finger prints on it... Mind blowing... Now you bad boy will give me sleep less nights till the launch in India... Now you have to pay me for the delay you make..... And finally don't don't don't make the pricing mistakes that Samsung did to Note 3.... Here in India there is bloodshed war for the device and an utter flop of the device.... 50k to 30k in 20 days? Stupidity.... I think if everything is set right you can do what Samsung did for note 1 and 2 the name and fame and market share..... Now with this monster I think you can beat the competition... Good luck guy's fingers crossed....

Let's keep our fingers crossed for 100% accuracy of the news I have read. :)

Yes I do agree with you. It is not something I want to buy. Going from a 5.5 to a 5.7. As well as combining the Note 2 and the S4 to make the Note 3. Not very impressed at all. I have a note 2. I want something that has a little more innovative look and feel to it.
As well as better functionality. As far as I have read this phone meets all my needs. I just hope it is US bound. This phone I would upgrade to.

I would have gone with samsung galaxy note 3 but i was pretty disappointed with the display size just 5.7". I think no one is going to pay extra rs 20000 for mere 0.2" inch as far as the prices and specs r concerned. If someone is satisfied with 5.5" then lg optimus g pro is the best option and if someone is interested in a somewhat more bigger display then acer liquid s2 is the best option. Well thats my opinion. Plz acer launch it soon in india. I cant wait anymore.

It is also a good alternative since it uses an Intel processor but the lack of flash makes the Acer Liquid S2 a monster in its own right. :)

1) Alcatel One Touch Hero.
2) Asus Fonepad Note6.
I personally prefer the Asus but that's just me. Cheers.

Anonymous, 03 Sep 2013pff LG G2 is much betterIn my opinion LG G2 is okay but Liquid S2 looks much more beautiful and is more than powerful than the G2 is someways. The camera's ring flash (4 led flashes) will perform better in low light photography plus it has 4K video recording too though I know some might react that 4K videos nowadays won't matter that much but knowing that your device is capable of recording it is a plus. I will choose the Liquid S2 by Acer over its top competitors Samsung Galaxy Note 3, HTC One Max, LG G2 and Sony Xperias Z1 and Z Ultra.
