I bought this mobile phone but I must replace after 2 months usage. Primary camera is just desapeare, and the blockade is normal thing. Dont waste your money.

she, 11 Dec 2014This product is really very bad. I bought it for 5 days now... moreI'm pretty sure it's just an isolated case. Acer is a Big Company and well known for making computers. We can't generalize it as even brand new products can have factory defect. And it goes to all products.
In any device problem, Hard reset by pressing the reset button or soft reset through the settings (Restore factory setting) usually fixes problems.
Reset should be the last resort as it will delete all your data. Make sure also that your phone memory has enough space as full space makes phone hang.
If those steps won't help, Bring it back to Manufacturer.

This product is really very bad. I bought it for 5 days now, even if it is not loaded with apps it hangs every time. I am watching movie and it hangs and turned off, now it's for repair. I can't use it for one month.Suggestion: don't dare to buy this product!

Currently using the phone and its been almost a year now.. no problems none so ever very reliable on battery and its should be used to its capacity not overload it with unnecessary applications that u only use seldom.. Great buy I love

my liquid z5 starts to become slower as i download apps. so i have to uninstall some, and yet it always hangs up. and worst is it crashes always.. i have to restart phone since and then. and it took a while to wait.. still phone is slow.

irene, 18 Nov 2014May phone almost 4 weeks , but wont turn on , i try all cu... moretry t plug the charger to the phone and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds, if still not, unplug the charger and hold the oer button again. it's wha i do when my phone and tab wont turn on :)

I like to buy an acer liquid z5 but the opinions and comments are all negative so I thought that this is not a good phone to buy from the start....
So I need to search again :(

Worst phone i ever had... very slow, lag even on text messages, gps location is terrible, it shows that i am somewhere in the midfdle of north sea...restarting, poor camera.bad signal reception (1or2 bars) my old phone had full signal strenght.low memory only 512 mb....

The design was good but functionality is very poor.
Not user friendly, hard to create a text message, Camera shot not good quality, always power shutdown. very slow.. etc.. overall experience: I'm not satisfied w/ Acer z5.. My old Sony E.(walkman 3.5") phone better than this...

I bought my acer liquid z5 for almost 2 months,,it works well coz i used it within the phone capacity, very good battery,,nice phone even it has an old 512 ram,,

I had my acer phone 3 weeks and it just died Didn`t want to switch back on To restart the phone you must press the power and volume button together for 10 seconds but that dont work Also no user manuel came with the phone I like the phone and its good value for money but just hope acer can fix this problems
