Hi, when i receive a call the phone screen stay on standby. That is black (switch off) screen. It only vibrates when calls arrive (im always on vibration mode). Can someone help plz???

What to do? My phone had been re-programmed awhile ago due to a failed update. Then the program they put was not the newest version. I cannot download games because it is not compatible. Im afraid that my phone will be re-programmed again because of the system update. Pls help

Just got my new acer liquid handset a week ago. I've closed every application that will drain my battery so fast and the brightness even some settings on the background, yet still the same. In just an hour I lost 25% of my battery, is this normal? Or I need to return for a replacement? Please advise. Thank you.
