[deleted post]It was left charging alone or drained battery. Just let it be charged for an hour then try to open using power button. I already experienced the same problem before.

Turn off the volume of the smartphone first, then start the camera.
If you now take a picture, there should not be a shutter sound.
I was not able to find a setting for turning off the shutter sound, it seems strange to me.

Hi there i got this acer z520 for two months but just last week when i woke up i tried to turn on my phone but its not working ao i tried to charge it but unfortunately nothing appears on the screen until now my phone cant open..can anyone give me an answer for this one??

3g , 27 Aug 2015when i change the network mode to 3g only the x at the top ... moreyou are not getting any 3G signal from your telco. go to settings and make sure that your SIM and network are configured for 3G. other than that, maybe you are in a "dead spot" where there is no 3G service since you said that you get 2G service.

when i change the network mode to 3g only the x at the top of the signal of my phone appear and there is no signal.how to fix it? and when i change it in 2g/3g only im not able to use 3g..please help.

Why my azer liquid z520 OS is not lollipop? It's only 4.4.2 kitkat...if i check the update says my phone is up to date..when is release of that update to lollipop?

Why is it that when i am receving a call,my phone just ring but it does not have a light and dueto that I cant see who is calling unless I press the power button. Same thing when calling,after I dialed the number,the light will turn off while the phone is trying to connect. Where in the setting that I can fix this? Pls help.

Anonymous, 05 Aug 2015In incoming and outgoing calls..backlight turns off..why?Im also having trouble with that before. if you have screen protector it covers the light sensor.u should cut ur screen protector between the logo and front cam.just a little.
