it keeps on shutting down and now just one year after i purchased it (not a heavy phone user), it wont charge anymore. battery keeps 0%. i tried also to change the battery, the problem is still the same. i wont recommend this phone to anyone.

Is't only the bTtery that has smething wrong why ist its so fast to battery low or the phone has an issue too?

Hello, the phone has been good so far though last night 3 minutes to 2017 New year's celebrations it fell and the screen cracked. How can I get a new Acer liquid z520screen for my phone in Uganda because I haven't seen so many Acer shops selling these phones and their accessories. Am really feeling bad because I began 2017 on a sad note :-( "please help" thanks
