how do i remove the message in my wallpaper "problem loading widget?" please help me remove this since it is unnecessary in my wallpaper.

It is only 1GB ram. On the box as well in the phone storage, it says the internal memory is 8GB but in reality it is only around 3GB. I am so very disappointed because I bought 2 for both of my kids. It is useless once they download an application because the phone would froze if its the memory is nearly full and another problem when they have to update the phone.
